The ladies here at Starbucks are nothing short of amazing! I arrived at the El Paso airport this morning and I was not feeling too well. I decided to get some water and usually there is a charge of a very sad face from the othet side of the counter wondering why I am not buying anything. But this was not the case. Both ladies were very nice and for me water. The second time was several hours later and the same ladies were there. They asked how I was doing, why I was still there, and if there was anything they could do to help. I told the lady that I was not feeling well and that I had missed two planes and just wanted to go home. The lady was so sweet and offered me a drink on the house. I got a strawberry lemonade refresher. It was light and refreshing and just what I needed. She wished me well and I went home.
Definitely recommend this starbucks, which is inside the A part of the terminal. They have a great selection of food and drinks and the service is great and thoughtful! -

So this Starbucks feels that requests are completely optional. I ordered a caramel frap with soy milk, no whip, and an extra shot and guess what I get? So much whipped cream, they have to be having a going out of business sale. I also ordered food, was asked if I wanted it warmed, said no thank you, then watched her put it in the warmer. I stupidly assumed it was for someone else as the line was about 20 people deep by this time. Nope. Hands me the item, hot as heck, with a label that says "no warm" and then looks offended when I say I didn't want this warmed up. Honestly I picked my battles and only had the food replaced as it took ten minutes to get my drink and I had to catch a flight, now my lactose intolerant self is miserable.
My tip is don't order anything that needs to be modified. -

Are you kidding me? They scammed me 5 dollars for crystal frap and by the end they told me they don't have the green sauce or whatever, so what's the meaning of crystal frap? This is just a regular vanilla frap. Like are you freaking kidding me? I'm not fucking with this.

I love Starbucks but the one in Concourse A in El Paso has Employees that roll in whenever they want and don't bother opening on time or working when they finally arrive. Been multiple times and they don't open on time and when they are open they are the worst at this location.

Airport Starbucks. You know them, you love them? Coffee/tea in a hurry. You've got this or whatever restaurant express coffee.
They'll take your rewards card. Warmed hot food too. Staff is friendly and quick. I haven't personally had a messed up drink or snack but it probably happens time to time. Prices are a few cents more because it's in the airport. But it's a Starbucks. More so than the one in your King Soopers or local Safeway.
Had an issue once with the pillar in the middle. Workers didn't overlook me but other pax were rude. Thing that's just the El Paso attitude though. Four star location otherwise. I've always gotten emails after visiting and using my gold card to do a survey. REAL easy and it's worth a minute to get ten extra stars.
Discount if you work at the airport. Friendly smile and when the peak times hit they have enough staff working. Must be hard to work with such crabby passengers but they do awesome here. Better than some physical stand alone Starbucks stores.
Say thank you after getting your order.
